The Only Acceptable Alicorn OC

Anyone exploring my gallery will see that I have, at various times, worked on vectoring 's OC. While I considered those attempts good at the time, I felt that I had come to the point when I should try again, but this time by doing something more challenging for my current abilities which have significantly improved from my early vectoring days. For this piece I chose an image that appears in a background scene of 's wonderful movie Children of the Night. The image in question can be found here: lionheartcartoon.deviantart.co… You will notice some differences especially in regards to the back wing which never felt quite right to me in the original image. If you notice any major issues, or even some minor ones please tell me in the comments so I may fix them, thank you! 


Despite the title of my work here I would perhaps be willing to accept Bonnie Zacherle's OC as being an Alicorn. (You know, original creator and all that.) 




Edit 1/14/15: Finally got around to fixing some minor issues that have been bothering me about this piece for a while, such as adjusting the gaps between feathers on the wings and a few issued with the highlights. I have also modified the aspect ratio of the image and lightened the background a bit.

Edit 12/6/15: Modified cutie mark placement and ear shape.
